Icons

This tool generates icons using soft-body dynamics, JavaScript and p5.js.

Icons distinguish items with long, similar titles — projects in a database, for example. Reading each title to find the one you want is slow. An icon makes a project easy to spot at a glance.

Drawing icons by hand for internal use isn’t worth the time, so the generator does it automatically. When we add a new project to the Doran Design Studio databases, the generator gives it an icon coloured to match the client.
