We price each format as a fixed fee, quoted before work starts. We do not bill by the hour. The figures below are typical starting points from recent projects. Your quote depends on scope. Updates and revisions are priced separately and cost less. A second language or a next revision renders from your documentation system at a fraction of the first version's cost.
Ten working days, one product line. We review every document you ship: spec sheets, manuals, web content. You get three things: what is broken and why, a fix plan in priority order, and one document rebuilt to show the standard. If you continue with us, the fee comes off your first project.
One fixed fee covers twelve formats: setup guide, quick-start guide, use-case guide, tech spec, sell sheet, carton, technical illustrations, animation, 3D renders, slide deck, wiring diagram, and web page. We build all twelve as one connected system, so you write each product fact once.
Updates & revisions from $150. Localization change-sets from $350 (non-Latin) · $825 (Latin), regenerated per document.
You can order any format on its own. We can also build it from a documentation system you own. In that system, the next language, revision, or re-export costs less than the first. We sign NDAs. Your source files, specs, and previews stay yours.
